triceps and biceps workout




(1) Barbell curls & DB Over head 

       3 sets .10-15 reps 

(2) Hammer curls & Skull crusher 

       3 sets ,10-15 reps  

(3) Concentration & Kick back 

      3 sets, 10-15 reps 

(4) Pull ups & Dimond push up

      3 sets, 10-15 reps
